Hourly Rates:

• Surveillance / Field Work: $125/hr (3 hr Minimum)
• Investigative Research / Case Development / OSINT: $95/hr
• Witness Statement Collection / Interviews: $95/hr
• Report Writing / Documentation: $85/hr
• Court Testimony / Court Appearance: $200/hr (4-hour minimum)

Flat Rate Services:

• Locate / Skip Trace (Basic): $350
• Locate / Skip Trace (Advanced): $650
• Missing Persons Assistance (Initial Case Build + Leads): $750
• (Flat rates include case setup, initial research, and reporting. Complex cases may convert to hourly with client approval.)

Required Retainers/Down Payment:

• Standard Retainer (Most Cases): $1,000
• Surveillance-Heavy Retainer: $1,500–$2,500 (case dependent)

*Retainers are paid before work begins unless otherwise approved in writing

Retainer “Roll-Forward” Option: Retainers are not a flat fee—they are a prepaid balance applied to billable time and expenses. When your retainer balance drops below the minimum threshold ($300), the client replenishes the retainer to keep the case active.

Roll-forward protects case continuity and prevents delays during time-sensitive investigations.

Billing terms: (Net 15 + Payments)
